Barry Irwin Presents at Security Summit

Barry Irwin presented an overview of the state of network security in Africa at the 2010 ITWeb Security Summit held in Johannesburg.  The increased bandwidth available in Africa, combined with the falling prices of connectivity and computers is leading to increased levels of criminal activity on Africa's networks.  This is exacerbated by factors such as the high levels of software piracy in Africa, and relatively poor levels of expertise.
